Welcome to Fairfax Rovers!
In 2024, with an active Rover Scout presence returning to the northern half of the Eastern Suburbs, the previous 3rd Rose Bay (Judean) Rover Crew rebranded and transitioned to become the Fairfax District Rover Unit.
We maintain our close connections to 3rd Rose Bay (Judean) Scout Group, and actively work on expanding those connections to all Scout Groups and Venturer Units within our local area.
Our Unit Colours are:
- White - Symbolic of Peace and Friendship
- Navy - Symbolic of Trust and Honesty
- Red - Symbolic of Courage and Sacrifice
Red, White and Navy Blue are also synonymous with a large number of organisations and groups that represent the Eastern Suburbs area. These colours also allude to our heritage listed white Scout Hall with blue accents located on the water at Rose Bay, that we, the red Scouting section, meet in.
If you are a young person in the Eastern Suburbs and city area of Sydney aged 18-26 and are interested in leadership, fun, adventurous activities, community involvement and making new friends, come and join us!
